BizYoung Studio provides digital-only SaaS subscriptions. Access to the AI chat application is delivered online via user accounts; no physical goods are shipped.
If you experience a technical issue or are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
All payments and refunds are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are granted at our discretion and in line with Paddle’s own policies.
